1. Replacement for Internal Technical Error or Wrong Product

We understand that errors can occur. If you receive a product with an internal technical error or if you've received the wrong product, we will gladly replace it. Please contact our customer service within 10 days of the order date to initiate the replacement process.

2. Non-Replacement for External Damages

We do not replace products for external damages incurred after delivery. It is important to handle your smart water bottle with care to avoid any damages.

3. Personal Hygiene Products

Smart water bottles fall under the category of personal hygiene products. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements once the product has been used.

4. Replacement Initiation Period

Replacement requests must be initiated within 10 days from the order date. Any replacement request beyond this period will not be entertained.

5. Claims for Refund or Return

For claims related to refund, return, or replacement other than core internal technical errors or wrong products, we regret to inform you that we cannot entertain these requests. Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet our policy criteria.

6. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an internal technical error or receipt of the wrong product.

8. Cancellation of Orders
